By Kevin Miller BDN Staff   AUGUSTA, Maine — The Land Use Regulation Commission will discuss Plum Creek and the agency’s update to its comprehensive plan during meetings this week. On Tuesday, commission members will discuss the latest draft of Plum Creek’s controversial 30-year development plan for land the company owns in the Moosehead Lake region.
